Ordering & Delivery Policies
Please note that in ordering and confirming your request, you have accepted the OnJuice terms of service where it is dually noted that the juice is guaranteed fresh until the expiration date found on each individual bottle. You acknowledge that once your order is confirmed, there are no refunds offered. Any requests for refunds due to medical issues will be handled on an individual basis, but doctor's proof of condition is required. After confirming, cancellations will only be accepted up until three days prior to the start date selected. Less than three days prior to start date, no refunds or credits will be honored.

Order Confirmation:
After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation that will also act as your receipt.

Local Delivery:
IMPORTANT! Since your juice will be delivered in boxes, proper refrigeration is critical for when your juices / cleanses arrive. Refrigerate your juice immediately. Yes, there will be ice packs in the box, but those won't keep them properly chilled for very long. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, we encourage you to contact us immediately. The surest way to reach us is at info@onjuice.com. While your body will feel the full effect of the benefits for weeks after you drink it, please keep in mind that our juices are raw and unpasteurized, giving them a 3 day shelf life. Do not be alarmed if the juice separates as this is normal. Be sure to shake well before drinking. Please note that depending on the size of your order, you may need to receive multiple deliveries.

National Shipping via FedEx:
OnJuice will deliver straight to your door via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. Note: Because FedEx does not operate on Sunday no delivery is available on Monday. To ensure the freshest juice possible, you should start your cleanse the day you receive your juice.

Keep in mind: in most areas your juice will arrive at your door by 11:00am. If you are in a more remote location your juice may arrive as late as 4:30pm the day you are meant to begin. If this happens, we recommend you start your cleanse the following day. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, we encourage you to contact us immediately. If this is not possible, we require that you contact us no later than the end of the day of package arrival. The surest way to reach us is at info@onjuice.com.

Cancellation Policies
You may only cancel your order 72 hours prior to the selected start date. If you cancel your order within the 72 hour grace period prior to your selected start date, you will be credited the exact amount of your purchase. There are no refunds or credits if cancelling outside of the 72 hour grace period prior to your first start date. If you are on one of our recurring juice delivery programs, we require 72 hours advance notice prior to your expiration date in order for your credit card not to be charged for an additional block of the same service.
